We had a fantastic two day stay at this hotel as part of our honeymoon! They welcomed us with a bottle of complimentary wine and a beautiful room. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants. The included breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to start the day off right. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Perfect for a relaxing getaway—I’d definitely stay here again!

Hotel nuovo, ottima posizione al centro di Perissa e alla bella spiaggia di sabbia, chiaramente vulcanica. Provvisto di ogni comfort, camera grande e molto comoda, grande il bagno, frigorifero con acqua e bibite a disposizione, caffè e bollitore sul ripiano. Colazione abbondante, personale di grandissima cortesia e disponibilità. Tutto perfetto

This is an amazing hotel! Pristine and clean! My family and I stayed for 2 nights and it was incredible. All the staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. Always ready to help, they did help us to rent a car, gave us great recommendations about what places to visit and restaurants to go. The location unbeatable, right 2 minutes walking from the beach. Highly recommend!

The hotel is brand new … and has very nice, clean rooms, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms plus great service from all the staff. Also I always appreciate a Nespresso machine in the room (with capsules free of charge!). Location was also great

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming owners /personnel! Located near Black Beach, it ofers a very good price / confort ratio ( we had the superior grade room): good breakfast, very clean hotel / room, very confortable bed and pillows, efficient A/C, balcony, parking available nearby.

Our stay at Helios Beach Hotel was more than we imagined.
The hotel was 5 min away from the beach and 1 minute away from the bus station( which is in front of the hotel ).
We appreciated the staff that was always there to help us, from the moment we booked the room and until we left the hotel.
The triple room that we booked was perfect for us and all the facilities such as Wifi, cleaning service, good coffee and delicious breakfast made our stay unforgettable.

The rooms are very clean , tidy and are well equipped with everything you want and need
For example a hair dryer, nice mini bar (cost excluded , but moderate prices)
the price for the hotel is very cheap
Very good located, next to a bus stop so you can easily arrive from the town FIRA by bus
Cost 2,20 euro by the way
Under 5 minute walk to the black beach
Breakfast is very delicious
I would stay a second , third or fourth time in this hotel if I am going back to Santorini for another time

Perfect location-just a minute walk to the beach front. Very clean and cosy. Cleaning staff is very kind and very thorough. The sheets and everything else is changed daily! Shops and restaurants near by. Staff is very helpful and friendly,for whatever you need. Once i missed out on breakfast-and as soon as I came back to the hotel-they offered coffee and pastries for me-super cool and attentive. You would not mistaken if you choose this hotel-location and everything else is perfect for Perissa.

We really liked the people there, so kind and always smiling and ready to help. We loved the location, it was near the beach.

Before our arrival, the hosts replied to all our questions very promptly. It was very helpful. They were nice and they always gave us advise and what we needed. The room was clean when we arrived and cleaned on a daily basis. The towels were always changed. Also, breakfast was delicious. In our last day, the staff offered us traditional greek desert. The hotel is near the beach. Compared to other beaches that we have visited during our stay, it is the best one. Keeping in mind the above, I strongly recommend the location.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, very clean rooms with new furniture, consistent breakfast, few minutes walking to beach and bus stop. Amazing experience.

Good location - very close to a bus stop , verity of ATV/motorbike rental companies and small shops. Less than 100 meters from the beach. The host is very welcoming and helping. The room is very good. Our friend's room (traveling with 15 years old sun) was upgraded to two rooms - nice bonus.

Really nice room, they cleaned the room everyday and changed our towels also everyday, good breakfast. The hotel is close to the beach and to the restaurants on seafront also the bus station is right across the road. The staff was kind and receptive to our asks, they helped us with late check-out at 2pm. I would choose this location again if coming back to Santorini

We stayed for one week in the end of June 2019. The staff was super nice, friendly and always very helpful, they coordinated our pick up from/to the airport and always received us with a smile. Rooms are cleaned daily, every day with clean towels. Near the beach.

Very good breakfast, fresh products, choices to suit all tastes. Large room, well decorated, clean and very complete. Some details that make the difference and please: nespresso machine, a complimentary water, beach towels, great quality of bedding, towels and toiletries. The service at the hotel was impeccable, the receptionist Oksana is super friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach (Perissa Beach).

The hotel is very nice, one of the nicest we stayed in. The room is very clean with everything you need. We had a towel for the beach and a bathrobe. We also had an Nespresso machine with 4 capsules, a refill was made every day. The bathroom is very nice and big with a walk in shower. There is also a small terraces where you can enjoy your coffee. The women at the reception is very friendly and nice. She gave us a lot of suggestions where to eat and what to visit.
